Having trouble getting faster with your sprinting over the 100m, 200m or 400m?

Enrol in our sprints coaching online to help you develop the muscles that will make you more powerful, and explosive so that you can run faster in these events.

You will be able to receive weekly coaching and reviews on your sprinting performance and progression.

The goal is to have you develop your overall strength, speed, and power so that you can run faster and achieve your personal best in the sprint events.

This will be achieved through a combination of:

  • Diet
  • Strength training
  • Power and explosiveness training
  • Technique corrections
  • Diet & Nutrition
  • Recovery
  • Sleep
  • Competition preparation

We will be looking to improve your:

  1. Body’s conditioning
  2. Starting speed
  3. Acceleration
  4. Minimizing your rate of deceleration in the race.
  5. Power per stride
  6. Stride length
  7. Leg speed

And anything else that can help you improve your overall speed performance.

This training isn’t just limited to track and field athletes. If you play another sport, you can benefit from doing this training as well.
