If you want to excel in your running during the Spring and Summer, you need to condition your body and prepare it to race intensely during the winter months.

Running thermal top
To keep your body warm, you need to maintain warmth in your upper body. A well-designed thermal top will provide you with the warmth that your body needs.
Even if you are wearing your thermals, a brisk wind can penetrate the fabric. So you want to cover your thermal with a windbreaker (ideally one that is also waterproof.
This will ensure that heat is maintained inside your jacket.

You need to get thermal gloves that are waterproof. You will be exercising for at least 30 minutes in the cold weather and your hands will always be exposed to the cold.
